Cancellation of registration
Cancellation must be in writing and sent to the Congress Secretariat, MCI Sockholm Office. Preferably by e-mail to confirmation-sweden@mci-group.com. If received before July 16, 2009, 50 percent of the paid fee will be refunded. No refunds will be made after July 16, 2009. For replacement we will charge a handling fee of SEK 200 for the name change.
Information for accompanying persons
Walking tours
Mrs. Susanne Karlson Enger and Mrs. Kerstin Westholm will organize walking tours of Stockholm for accompanying persons. This is a free service. No need for registration – one is welcome to just show up. Program:

Other tours of Stockholm
In addition, the hotel can assist those who wish to take tours of various kinds. Please contact “Guest Service” in the hotel lobby or in the conference lobby on the 2nd floor for assistance. Exhibitions
If you represent an organization or company that wishes to display its items in the form of an exhibition table, that will be possible in connection to the main conference room from the morning of Monday, August 17. To reserve space, you must notify the organizers at mps@ratio.se as soon as possible, and upon confirmation that there is room for you, you must also pay the cost, USD 200, to the Ratio Institute bank account no later than August 1. The account number will be given to you in connection with the confirmation. You can ship your items in advance to the hotel - however, it should arrive one or two days in advance. Address information will also be given when your reservation is confirmed.
